GERMANY: THE FINAL TONIGHT - FIVE ARTISTS BUT ONLY TWO SONGS FOR EUROVISION

Germany selected their five artists from nearly 3000 applicants that were first cut down to 30. Then Austria ORF took Nathan Trent for themselves and they were 29 wherefrom the five were announced. Later Sadi withdraw and was replaced by Yosefin. And now the five are ready to belt out their songs. Or rather: the two songs. Yes, that's right. Five singers, two songs only:

Axel Feige, Felicia Lu, Helene Nissen, Levina and Yosefin

Perfect life (Lindy Robbins, Dave Bassett, Lindsay Ray)
Wildfire (Marin Larsen, Greg Holden, Tofer Brown)

And how will all this work out?

In the first round all five will perform a cover song of their choice and the jury will comment (Lena, Tim Bendzko and Florian Silbereisen). Two will be kicked out.

In the second round the remaining three will perform the first of the candidate songs in different arrangements. One will be kicked out.

In the third round the remaining two will perform the second candidate song in different arrangements. After this people will vote between the four combinations and two will proceed to the final; one song with two performers or one performer with both songs or any other possible combination.

In the final round the choice is between the two chosen acts - whatever they are..... Clear?
