Life after Helsinki 2007 Eurovision

Yle is going internal again in 2019 and it will be very curious to see who they choose (or get) after Saara Aalto - will they go for big international name or something big in Finland.  Or someone new and emerging? No. Not Saara Aalto but Sara Forsberg aka SAARA. She's be a perfect choice is Yle plans on playng the visibility and "popularity online" again instead of many other factors as she's got over one million subscribers on her Youtube and over 100 million views. She shot to the fame as the " Tongue woman ", continuing with some musical genres  ending up The Ellen Show . Step to films, television and music in both Finland and the US was short doing everything from Star Wars to Talent judge and her own cloathing line and some travelling reality show. Recently her musical career has been somewhat suffering so I'd bet she'd jump the opportunity to do Israel 2019 with all her dedication and bubbly quirky energy....

The nominees for the best video. The winner will be voted by the public in this category. Four out of ten are also nominated for the best song.... Among them UKM host Roope Salminen, tongue twisitng SAARA, JVG and now also JVG's VilleGalle in another video....  And way too much Finnish humour rap here, too. Thank heavens there's Chisu at least!

The Finnish Grammy, Emma, will be handed out once again in March. The nominees are out and here are the ones for the Best Song. The industry has been taken over by humour rap. Sigh. Do you agree? On this day of revelations also SVT announced the running order for the Melodifestivalen heats. Molly Sandén, the pre-contest favorite closes the shows being the very ast song to be heard. The fans may pay a bit too much attention to the details and running orders and all that but it does give a little hints of the producer's favorites.... Krista Siegfrids performs at number 5 in the second semifinal, and Lisa Ajax at number five as well but in the third semifinal with a song co-written by SAARA.  Here they are: Semifinal 1 - Göteborg - February 6 1. The fan speculating goes on and now someone has digged out SAARA might be in. After all her new single will be out on January 12, 2016. She's a Youtube sensation that ended up in Hollywood, movies, music, fashion, making deals left and right, and even in Star Wars. Read her Wiki bio here .  I think she was fun for a bit but the joke has worn maybe a bit too thin and she's in need for something concrete, especially as her debut single wasn't exactly a hit. Her duet with Kasmir did a lot better though. #UMK16 would not be nothing but a bonus in her career really so.... who knows? And she's co-author for Lisa Ajax's song in Melodifestivalen 2016.
