Belgium will have a national selection after many years with the final set on January 14, 2023. Seven acts will battle it out, each with two songs one being chosen for the final set up. Among them Tom Dice who took his guitar to 6th place in 2010, the best placing for a Flemish artist from Belgium. He and his wife form The Starlings.
