Life after Helsinki 2007 Eurovision

The Belarussian entrant for Moscow 2009, Petr Elfimov is currently in Finland recording a new version of his entry Eyes that never lie at Finnvox studios. The producer is Tero Kinnunen, who has produced and worked with Nightwish, and the mixing will be done by another Finn, legendary Mikko Karmila. Also the Russian entry back in 2005 was recorded and produced in Finland (and how did that end...?)

As expected Petr Elfimov won the Belarus final tonight and Belarus will send another guy with bad haircut and challanged English. This said, it still was the best tonight just like last year's Ruslan Alekhno was in my books. Let's see what restyling and reproduction can do to him! I wouldn't count out final for him.
