Life after Helsinki 2007 Eurovision

  The total audience for the second night was 60,1% share or  10,9 million, out of which 320,000 were on Raiplay and other devices instead of good old television. The record for those was at 22.37 (670.000) when Mahmood was on. There's an increase of +50% for those other devices compared to last year. The regular television viewers are a bit down in both viewers and share from last year but then again last year the second night was still featuring the songs for the first time, this year they were all presented already the first night instead. 13,434.000 (57,6%) were watching the first part, 6.899.000 (66,2%) were still watching the second part (from 23.30 onward)  The radio Top-5 is Annalisa, The Kolors, Angelina Mango, Emma and Mahmood . Eurovision a career killer? Think twice! Armenia's entry this year, Snap by Rosa Linn - this blogger's favorites already back then in May and the one that's placement I predicted with the worst margin as I thought it was a Top-5 material - has become already a global hit with the help of TikTok and now it has climbed also on top of the official Finnish radio play chart in just seven weeks. It kicked off from the #1 spot Olli Halonen's Suomen kesä. He's claim to fame until now has been being a member of Satin Circus, the Finnish Eurovision national selection runner up in 2015. Meanwhile in Italy Rosa Linn has released the bilingual version with Alfa, a collaboration that started way before the song went viral and global hit. 

Ultimo may say whatever he wants but Mahmood's Soldi hits #1 in Italian Spotify, iTunes, AppleMusic and enters Top40 in Global Spotify. And that's not all, he almost broke an all time Spotify record in Italy with 1.481.036 streams within 24 hours, only 118.217 shy of rappers Sfera Ebbasta and Ghali's record on May 4, 2018.  Not only Soldi enters the chart but also his previous tracks Gioventù bruciata (#23), Uramaki (#61), Anni '90 (#75), Milano Good vibes (#108), Asia occidentale (#130) and Mai figlio unico (#174), basicly all songs released by him so far.  Meanwhile Ultimo keeps burning bridges after his explosion and bad behaviour in the press conference post-festival where he basicly sent all the press to hell to fu*ck themselves and called Mahmood "that boy" and continued with insults in social media and didn't show up in Sunday's Domenica In , where most everyone was attented.
