Life after Helsinki 2007 Eurovision

A few days I presented Desislava's latest video Moeto drugo az  featuring her new flame Svetlozar Savov. The couple has been also busy doing another sultry video for Desislava's English singing alter ego Dess titled Only one . And it's not bad at all, and the video is beautifully shot offering a lot of eye candy to every genre....

Bulgaria will stage its national final tonight in Sofia. As guest stars we have the 2012 entrats from Cyprus, Denmark, France and Malta (at least) as the ones from Ukraine and Switzerland have cancelled for various reasons. It is supposed to be a two horse race where sassy and kitchy Sofi will try to beat weirdly elegant favourite Dess but we will see. You can listen a recap here of the 12 finalists. I'm still stunned I got 5/5 out in Latvia but now I'm speechless as I guessed 11/12 in Bulgaria which I totally didn't expect. Good night for me it seems :-). Nothing much to tell home about though, rather static performances, I'm sure they will gear up for the final but Dess should have it easy in the final on January 28, 2012. Bulgaria kicks of its selection tonight with the semifinal. Out of 22 songs only 12 will sail to the final. The big favourite is Desislava aka Dess.
