The colours are still the same. Black, red and white for the hostess Emma, Arisa and Rocio. Arisa did a bit better than the first night in her choices sporting two long dresses, first one black with some pink, the second black and very plae pink and yellow. Emma went for a short dress dress and a torero inspired trouser outfit. In black and white of course. Rocio took care of the classic valletta look with two long evening dresses, first one gold, the second almost white. As for the artist is was once again mostly black. Some white. Nina Zilli in golden red and Irene Grandi in dark brown.... Not very colorful is it?

Sanremo is also about fashion. I'm afraid the colors last night were not there - except for Chiara's yello Stella McCartney dress, and Malika's tile red. All men in black but Nesli in blue. All the rest seemed to be black and white.  Even the three hostesses Emma, Arisa and Rocio. With red. A lot of red. Rocio was wearing Giorgio Armani Privé, Emma Francesco Scognamiglio and Arisa Daniele Carlotta. Fashion polices seem to have not been so pleased. Rocio got applause but was critized by playing the Spanish look card a bit too much. Emma was named burlesque pride in the white dress but the black one showing some skin was maybe the best of the evening. Arisa got it all wrong in styling. She's been a disater before but this time she has exploded, in fashion sense..... I kinda agree, do you?

Presenting Sanremo could be a dream job for many for the honor, fame and visibility but one can't forget the economical side. This year it is reported RAI has actually saved a lot in the cost of the hosts. If Fabio Fazio got 600.000 euros and Luciana Littizzetto 300.000 for their five nights on air last year this time Carlo Conti gets "only" 500.000 and Emma, Arisa and Spanish model Rocio Munoz Morales 100.000 each. So, 100.000 euros savings even if the hosts double from two to four. Hopefully they will use that saved money for flowers on stage because what's Sanremo without flowers? They have been absent for too long now....
