Life after Helsinki 2007 Eurovision

One of the hot favorites getting some mixed reviews. Their simple backdrop stays the same, but they seem to have fixed quite a few camera angles and shots plus both artists are more engaging with the cameras. The rest is there: headphones, air violinist, Marjetka's long white dress. And her amazing voice one can't ignore or forget. The song is modern and catchy. Slovenia will qualify and do wonders in the final. How far it goes depends on many things but hopefully they make a new Slovenian record. 

Maraaya refers themselves as Eurovision zombies referring to the fact they're so busy with Eurovision, work and two small kids. But now they are here (for you) and presented their entry, that is one of the favorites even if their winning potential seems to have been dropping lately a bit. Did they smash it and got back into the game? Maybe not if you believe fellow bloggers. The performance is kept quite simple but all the incredients are there from their national final performance: Marjetka's headphones, Rayy at his keyboard and the air violinist. No backdrop but just flashing lights. The wind machine. Hmm... do we need more? I don't think so. Go Maraaya, the best ever Slovenian finish is there to be taken!

Slovenian entrant and one of the biggest favorites in Vienna 2015 Eurovision Marayya joins worldfamous Sloenian a capella group Perpetuum Jazzile for a special version of Here for you . It's a great track even without the beats and sounds, and Marjetka's voice is just unique. Perpetuum Jazzile has also done some fab ABBA covers.... but they are best known for the cover of Toto's Africa .
