France may be doing again Destination Eurovision but otherwise a perfect internal choice would be Indila. Even if still a rather new artist all based only on her debut album really - despite many rap collaborations before going solo like L'Algérino's Trinitè , Rohff's Thug mariage and Soprano's Hiro , as well writing songs to other artists like Axel Tony and Matt Pokora -  and its hits she made herself known in various corners of Europe and her style is personal and French enough to stand out. Should she be working on her second album and wanting a major comeback launch, what would be better? Listen to Tourner dans le vide , SOS , Run run and Love story . KendjiGirac has been releasing hit songs for two years now one after another, and this is the one for this summer from his second album Ensemble . Another top-10 in France, and this time he collaborates with popular Comorian-French rapper Soprano. French, Spanish, latin rhythms, gipsy and rap - but it works out fine!

The UEFA EURO 2016 foorball circus starts this week on on Thursday night a big concert is to be held to celebrate the opening. And France gives us some of its finest on Champ-de-mars in Paris: David Guetta, Kendji Girac, Louane Emera, Christophe Mae, Florent Pagny, Soprano, Amir and Slimane, the Voice winner are flying the French flag while there will be also Madcon (Norway), Zara Larsson (Sweden) and Will.I.am is the obligatory American in the lot on the foot of Eiffel tower.  The games start the day after with France Vs. Génération Goldman volume 2 is hitting the shops in France featuring once again Jean Jacques Goldman classics revisited by young singers of today (including Amandine Bourgeois). The first single of the follow up is Quand la musique est bonne performed by Amel Bent & Soprano . Goldman's original is from 1982. Annalisa won the Italian OGAESC selection with Alice e il blu and will try to bis Nina Zilli's victory last year. Great Wide North from UMK 2013 released earlier this summer We're the sound with a cool video to go with it. The boys from the north went all the way to Spain to film it. Croatian Klapa Cambi has released Jidra mog vapora with a beautiful video. A bit like their Eurovision 2013 entry. Beautiful...
