Once again if we cpmpare the situation after two rehearsals to the original (May 10) in Oddchecker for the Eurovision 2015 betting odds there haven't been many mor changes. Only one basicly: Georgia jumps from 32 to 16, so Nina the Warrior has conquested for real. Also Romania, Greece and Russia have moved up while the biggest droppers are Belarus (-7), Denmark (-4) and Albania (-3). This is the situation on Saturday morning May 16. To qualify: Estonia (4) Russia (5) Finland (6) Belgium (14) Georgia (16) Albania (17) Armenia (18) Greece (19) Hungary (21) Belarus (22) ---- Romania (24) Serbia (26) Netherlands (27) Macedonia (31) Denmark (33) Moldova (39)

ESC 2015 IN VIENNA - DAY 5: GEORGIA

Last but not least the only real warrior in Vienna: Nina Sublatti. She's got a look you won't forget right away, the song hits you and she scres you to like her. She looks like some vixen out of a cartoon and the backdrop compliments that, with the crying eyes as the highlight. Georgia is so qualifying and propably doing way better in the final that we think now.

ESC 2015 IN VIENNA - DAY 2: GEORGIA'S CARTOONISH FEMINISM

Georgia's backdrop looks like a cartoon many times, you know those dark and moody cartoons with weird creatures and Nina herself looks like she jumped out of them with her warrior dress and long boots, and crown like hairdo. She does have backing singers but they are hidden away and the spotlight is only on Nina herself.  It's all very dark and powerful, almost scary which takes us to the point: scary angry female artists have never made it so far very far - will she break the trend?

ESC 2015: ARTISTS FROM FIVE DECADES - 43 YEARS BETWEEN ANITA AND PERTTI

The first Eurovision song contest took place on May 24, 1956 in Lugano. Now 60 years later the 60th edition will be held on May 23, finishing on early hour of May 24 in most of Europe. The oldest participant this year is Finland's Pertti Kurikka, born on Boxing day the very same year 1956. He's 43 years older than the youngest artist this year, San Marino's Anita Simoncini who turns 16 just six weeks before the final in Vienna. The funny thing is the oldest one does punk, the youngest...  well, schlager.

ESC 2015 GEORGIA: NINA SUBLATTI TO VIENNA

We will have another Warrior in Vienna when also Georgia sends one (the other being of course Malta ). Nina Sublatti won the national final moments ago. The jury vote (including Thomas G.son) also put her in the first place with 21 points, followed by Misha (19), Eter (15), Niutone (13) and Edvard (7).

ESC 2015 GEORGIA: FINAL TODAY

Georgia will decide today. The final Erovnuli Sheharcevi konkursi takes place at 2pm CET and lasts about 40 minutes. How efficient is that? Eurovision.tv will stream it live if you have a chance to have a look.  Nina Sublati with her Warrior is the one to beat. Apparently she has had success at home last year and is the overwhelming favorite by the international fans, if that counts something. You can listen to the songs here . There is a 50/50 televote (Georgians have been able to vote since December 31) and international jury of five members. Eter Berahvili - If someone Edvard Maison - We are freeeee Niutone - Run away Nina Sublati - Warrior Misha Sulukhia - One and only

New year, new songs. Georgia has made available their five entries. They were presented last night and now people have to weeks to vote for them, all the way until the national final on January 14 where these votes will be added to a jury vote.
