Life after Helsinki 2007 Eurovision

UMK 2025 was a record breaking success. Almost 2,3 million people watched the show live on television or streamed it online in Finland making it probably the most watched programme in 2025.  It was broadcated live also in Spain were another 570.000 people watched it!  In Yle Areena it was watched all around the world, in 126 different countries! The commenting was made in 8 different languages and there were press on spot in Tampere from 14 different countreis almost 350.000 votes were given. Nokia Areena in Tampere was sold out in hours for both the final and the dress rehearsal. On top of that Erika Vikman's winning entry ICH KOMME has been watched already over a million times on Youtube when writing this (Monday evening) and it has streamed almost 2,5 million times.  On top of that Finland has climbed 3rd in the Odds. :-)

  The total audience for the second night was 60,1% share or  10,9 million, out of which 320,000 were on Raiplay and other devices instead of good old television. The record for those was at 22.37 (670.000) when Mahmood was on. There's an increase of +50% for those other devices compared to last year. The regular television viewers are a bit down in both viewers and share from last year but then again last year the second night was still featuring the songs for the first time, this year they were all presented already the first night instead. 13,434.000 (57,6%) were watching the first part, 6.899.000 (66,2%) were still watching the second part (from 23.30 onward)  The radio Top-5 is Annalisa, The Kolors, Angelina Mango, Emma and Mahmood . The most watched performances are Angelina Mango, Annalisa, Loredana Bertè, Irama and Geolier . The most watched music videos are Geolier, Annalisa, Irama, Angelina Mango and Mahmood.
