Life after Helsinki 2007 Eurovision

After weeks or months of speculation, or really years as her name has popped up for years by now, it's Demy (Dimitra Papadea, 25) for Eurovision song contest 2017 for Greece. ERT will have a selection show for her where she will be singing three songs by Dimitris Kontopoulos, who is a familiar name to all Eurovision fans, as is Fokas Evagelinos who will be working on the staging. Greece's got some big guns again. The eventual winner will be chosen by televote and online voting only. 

The one to impress today, it seems, was Azerbaijan. The song it is what it is and it isn't bad, and the staging is once again very clever, done by Greek Fokas Evangelinos who has already done some memorable stunning numbers in the contest for Helena Paparizou, Ani Lorak, Sakis Rouvas and Dima Bilan - and how did they all end up? Anyways, this blogger may have pronounced the words "we might well be back to Baku in 2014, hopefully Chrystal Hall is still standing?" already weeks ago and now the fear of that is bigger than ever.
