Life after Helsinki 2007 Eurovision

Remember Switzerland who chose it's six finalists in various selections already ages ago? Well, it feels like ages ago but the final's going to be tonight. Six artists and songs are left and all six are going to perform also another song, a cover. What's the purpose of that at this stage if not only to fill in some spare time? I don't know but maybe Swiss television thinks it's a good idea....  Anyways, below are the artists with their songs (and their covers). Oh, and Kaceo present a cleaned up version of their entry without various chiens, putans, culs, nichons, pipes and fucks just to mention a few... But my vote goes to Vincent. Stanley. Rykka. The Swiss Expertencheck took hours and hours and hours ..... and finally we have the six who made the cut. My favourites Vincent and Stanley made it, as did Rykka so I can't complain. The three Swiss broadcasters have all come up with their entrie for the Expert Check to be held on Sunday December 6. The six best ones according the expert jury will go on to the natonal final on February 13, 2016 and the winner gets the ticket to Stockholm and Eurovision song contest 2016. Among the 19 we find two Spanish artists; Maika Barbero from La Voz and American dancer Stanley Miller aka Chipper who has been doing career in Spain even in Operacion Triunfo. Rykka is Canadian-Swiss, and Nathalie is Swiss-Brazilian. Evelyn Zangger has participated in the Swiss Popstars, while Stephanie Sandoz has collaborated with very big French names from Florent Pagny to Zazie. Patric Scott and Loic Shumacher are already familiar names from Swiss selections, as is Elias Bertini. The Italian speaking Swiss television has chosen internally their three entries for the expert check or semifinal to be held on December 6, 2015. Elias Bertini is no stranger as he was the frontman of Zero In On . This multi instrumentalist has already variable international recording career behind himself. Nathalie Cadlini is Swiss-Brazilian singer and actress living between London and Lugano. Theo or Matteo Rossi is Swiss-Italian 21-year-old singer-songwriter. He already tried to get to Eurovision 3 years ago without luck.  All three songs are nice . Either of them could qualify, and being Switzerland even win the national final being rather harmless, quite charming in a way if we push it. A good live performance could lift them and get people voting if the momentum is right, but are we heading to Switzerland in 2017 thanks to them?
