UK scored one of the biggest Eurovision winners and hits ever with Brotherhood of Man's Save your kisses for me. It's propably the best selling winning song to date with over six million singles sold all over world and being the best selling single in the UK of the year, and scored 9.65 points per country, a record with the current voting system. The song was covered succesfully already in 1976 by other artists like Margo Smith and Bobby Vinton. Brotherhood of Man themselves recorded the song in Spanish in 1991. And the band is still going on.....
France came second with Catherine Ferry and Monaco's Mary Christy was third.
