Erik Saade opened the Melodifestivalen second semifinal with his Manboy. Pure perfection in every sense vocally and physically. Erik sung well, danced well and fantastically coreographed til the final shower. After very chaotic and noisy Andra generationen Espinosa followed with a ballad. Nice but very familiar, maybe a bit too much so? MiSt and Highlights were totally wasted a web joker. The song is plain bad. Pauline next with her song that many seem to like but I think it had the makings of a fantastic 30 seconds and nothing much. Perfect for a levi's TV ad or something. Andreas Johnson was very convincing. I have never been a fan but somehow I was thinking of Oslo 2010 here... Hmmm... Moraeus next. Ok, it had it all: folk, violins, fiddle and sweet melody. But nothing special, without something extra to make it great. Bad vocals didn't help either. Finally Hanna with her manipulation that was so manipulated it left me completely cold. It went wrong everywhere where Erik made it right. So, for me Erik and Andreas to the final. Pauline and Moraeus will propably get a ticket to second chance. Or it is between these four anyways....
Ok, Erik was the most voted and got to the final straight away.... and then my webcast died.... now they have a sign up for technical problems. What?! Isn't SVT the best in the world? How can they do that? Lol....
Oh, I'm a bit shocked. I got it all right: Erik and Andreas to final, Pauline and Moraeus to second chance. Wow. I'm speechless! When did I start understanding the Swedes? ;-p
