The 62. Festival della canzone Italiana aka Sanremo 2012 ended with a full female triumph when Emma, Arisa and Noemi took the top-3 and Nina Zilli completed the cast by being selected for Eurovision 2012 in Baku. But how did we come to this conclusion? This being Italy things aren't as simple as they may appear. But this is the official result:

But let's see how it all went for Nina Zilli just out of curioisty. As we remember the first night the demoscopic jury vote sufffered technical problems and was cancelled. In the seond night she was the winner! With 2254 votes, an average of 7,51 ahead of Arisa, Emma and Noemi. On the fourth night the orchestra put her only 9th! The televoters liked her more, 6th so she finished in combined result 7th. In the final the orchestra warmed up to her and she was 6th but now the televoters dialed other numbers and she was only 8th. And in combined result 7th. In press golden share she was also 7th so she end up in the official and corfirmed result 7th.
