Another day of technical rehearsals is over and today we had another nine solid performances, among them two highly anticipated ones of Russia and San Marino. And both delivered, and indeed today all were in top form or almost. Israel and Moldova sounded much better than I expected, Denmark and Ireland were excellent, too. Cyprus looks stunning and if they nail it vocally on the big night we have a qualifier. Hungary was vocally good but otherwise still a bit bland live on stage, and Austria... well. Not sure about Austria! The stage is proving to be pretty amazing in songs like Ireland and Israel and also Cyprus is very pretty and Denmark has some stunning views, too. You can find my reviews here, here and here.
My flying reporter Robert has been busy, too, starting his morning with Rambo Amadeus (here). Looks like the big Balcan Tsar made an impression as Robert was lost for words and very taken by the interview! But he had also time to have a chat with Jónsi and Eleftheria so stay tuned for those!
Tomorrow the rehearsals continue with Serbia, FYR Macedonia, Netherlands, Malta, Belarus, Portugal, Ukraine and Bulgaria.
