Muska, or Marija Babitzin, is maybe better known as Kirka's sister but she has been going her own way in her musical career since the beginning being a real rock chic even if scoring pop hits like Kirjoita postikorttiin in 1971 or Krokotiilirock two years later. In Euroviisut she has participated already twice times: in 1974 with Senhän sanoo järkikin with her other brother Ykä (Georgij), in 1979 with Aikuiset anteeksi antaa with Kirka and Anna, their other sister. The trio also recorded a Finnish version of Hallelujah. She scored a hit Pidä kii in 1990 after a long break from the business and has released albums regularly but rarely since, latest one being Anna mulle aikaa in 2005. In 2008 she was nominated for Iskelmä-Finlandia award. She's prepairing a new album for 2010 release so would it be time for a Muska solo debut in Euroviisut? She already has scored two radio hits from it, Nuku vaan and Sitä rakkaudeksi sanotaan. You can listen them here.
