Salvador Sobral, Portugal's Eurovision winner 2017 is recovering from his heart transplant operation he had last Friday, and same time releases Excuse me ao vivo, a live album recorded during his tour in Portugal before he had to give up performing and cancel the rest of the tour.
The album has been recorded during his various concerts, including the farewell one. Amar pelos dois is included in a live jazz version, and a medley from his farewell concert titled Até jà is also included (Joni Mitchell's A case of you, Nat King Cole's Smile and Rui Veloso's Ninguém escreve à Alice). Other songs are Change, Nada que esperar, Excuse me, Nem eu, Something real, Ready for love again and Ay amor.
The cover photo is taken in Teatro Garcie de Resende, in Évora where Sobral gave his first performance after winning the Eurovision song contest 2017.
