Marco Mengoni will release his new album Materia (Prisma) on May 26, 2023, a third album of his Materia trilogia following Materia (Terra) 2021, Materia (Pelle) 2022, both selling multiple platinum already.  Mengoni is used to collecting platinum for his works, he has already 70 of them! Käärijä has been touring Finland with full packed sold out gigs ever since he cha cha chaed to victory in UMK2023, hasn't left the charts and radio waves since and has got everyone talking about him, fueled by the Eurovision 2023 polls and odds. The Eurovision song contest 2023 rehearsals start in Liverpool next Sunday. As usual there's a 30 minutes first rehearsal for each country followed by 20 minutes second rehearsal. Then come three dress rehearsals for each show for everyone involved. Finland will have its rehearsals on Monday May 1st at 15.10-15.40 and Wednesday May 3 at 18.20-18.40 , while the other big favorite Sweden on Sunday April 30 at 18.30-19.00 and Wednesday May 3 at 16.40-17.00. In short on Sunday April 30 we have countries from Norway to Sweden (11.30-19.00. Alice has been singing late France Battiato's songs on sold out tour for almost two years now and last Sunday a very special addition to those gigs was added: The Pantheon in Rome, with the orchestra of La Fenice Opera house in Venice.  The charity concert was based on the most spiritual songs written by Battiato opening with É stato nolto bello and ending with La cura and Torneremo ancora , the last song released by Battiato in 2019, two years before he passed away. Alice also told that if she didn't meet Battiato in 1979 she would have ended her singing career . What a shame that would have been! And Pantheon, what can I say? Maybe my favorite building in the whole world, and Alice being my favorite singer of them all, what a combination! My only wish is that hopefully they filmed that concert and it will be available in some form sooner or later but I'm afraid it's only my wishful thinking.... Un briciolo di allegria, or A bit of joy, is Blanco's new release hoping to continue the success he had with his debut album, Sanremo and Eurovision song contest 2022 he did with Mahmood until things turned sour this year in Sanremo.  But let's go in order. In 2021 Blanco released his debut album Blue celeste at the age of 18. It sold six times platinum. The singles of it sold additional 24 platinum worth. The Eurovision song contest 2023 in Liverpool on behalf of Ukraine is turning out very Ukraine as promised with a string of Ukrainian artists coming back to belt out their Eurovision successes. Throw in a bit of British by giving a slot also to last year's runner up (and not only), invite some Eurovision favorites to sing Liverpool Songbook.
